Combat Numbness in Hands and Fingers with Powerball
Numbness in hands?
Experiencing numbness in hands or fingers can be an irritating and uncomfortable feeling. While numb hands are not usually a sign of anything serious, it is recommended that you always seek medical advice if you experience this problem. It is important for your doctor to rule out any possible underlying conditions that may be causing hand numbness.
Powerball is highly-effective in preventing numbness in hands and fingers. By spinning Powerball on a regular basis you can easily build strength and flexibility in your forearm muscles and alleviate the symptoms associated with hand and finger numbness. Pick up a Powerball today and see why over 4 million people worldwide have benefited from using this unique gyroscope.
What causes numbness in hands?
There are many reasons why a person might experience numbness in hands and fingers. Hand numbness is usually caused by the compression or damage of a nerve or branch of nerves running into your arm and wrist.
Carpal tunnel syndrome is a common example of this, as it occurs when the median nerve becomes compressed as it runs through the carpal tunnel in the wrist. Carpal tunnel syndrome is often caused by constant repetitive movements, such as those involved in typing, using a computer mouse, working on an assembly line or playing a musical instrument. Repetitive activities like these can cause the tissue around the median nerve to swell and put pressure on the nerve. This leads to tingling, numbness, weakness and even pain in the hands and fingers.
Other common causes of numbness in hands and fingers can be poor circulation or vitamin deficiency. A lack of vitamins B-12, potassium and magnesium can all cause numbness in the hands, fatigue or weakness. It is therefore always advised that you visit a doctor if you experience any of these symptoms, including numbness in hands and fingers.

How does Powerball combat numbness in hands?
Make numbness in hands and fingers a thing of the past with Powerball. As you spin it, Powerball generates isometric resistance. This resistance works deep into tissue in the forearm and wrist, stretching out any tight tendons or muscles and massively boosting circulation. From fingertip to shoulder – the entire kinetic chain of the arm is engaged when you spin Powerball. An increase in circulation reduces inflammation and swelling in the wrist, which in turn greatly helps to alleviate any feeling of numbness in hands and fingers.
Strengthen as you recover
What sets Powerball apart from other exercise devices is its dual combination of rehabilitation and strengthening. Exercising with Powerball will not only rehabilitate the cause of hand numbness, but it will also strengthen your limbs to prevent this condition from reoccurring in the future.
Use Powerball for as little as 5 minutes each day to actively maintain muscle mass and joint health and keep the symptoms of hand numbness at bay.
Thanks to its convenient size, it’s easy to keep Powerball at home, in the car or at your desk for quick spin sessions throughout the day. Use Powerball at the office to boost circulation during periods of inactivity and stop carpal tunnel syndrome and other RSI (repetitive strain injuries) from taking hold as a result of regular computer use.

With over 4 million sold worldwide, Powerball is the world’s number one gyroscope. Inside the shell of a Powerball is a rotor (green wheel), which spins on an axis. As the rotor spins, it creates resistance, which pushes against your efforts to spin Powerball. The faster you spin Powerball, the more resistance it creates and the harder it becomes to spin. This resistance is non-impact and 100% isometric, making Powerball the perfect device for rehabilitation and strengthening. NUMB HANDS OR CTS FROM GUITAR PLAYING? PROBLEM SOLVED.
I have been playing guitar since I was 15 but had to stop due to my hand going numb. I searched the internet for a solution and tried many different things but the numbness kept coming back. I started talking to a friend and he advised I should buy Powerball®.
I did and started using it immediately. From the very first use, I felt less numbness in my hands. After three days use however, the numbness was COMPLETELY gone. Not only am I playing guitar again, but I am also learning piano now as well. None of this would be possible if I didn’t have Powerball®. It is truly an amazing device and I cannot express how thankful I am to have bought one.

Trigger Finger? Powerball it away.
I damaged the tendons in my fingers while playing rugby. Two of them were stuck in a bent position, they were very painful to try to bend and stopped me playing golf as I could not grip the club without pain. I was told I had trigger finger and I tried hot water treatments, massaging and bending exercises as recommended by my physio, however, this only gave very temporary relief. Then I decided to try Powerball and followed their finger exercises, I also purchased a Skrunch that I squeezed while at work. I’m glad I did because within 2 weeks I was able to bend my fingers fully and had my grip strength back.

YOU WILL NOTICE THE DIFFERENCE IN DAYS
‘My hand used to always cramp after I returned to knitting after a few years, it had got so bad I nearly gave up. I have been using Powerball daily for a week and the pain has gone.’
‘I bought it because age and wearing joints mean that I was losing the ability to grip with my right hand. A week after using the Powerball my grip is improving and the usual joint aches and pains of age have virtually gone so it has already served its purpose. As an exercise tool for wrists and arms, it seems to do everything it claims.’
‘Unbelievable little thing and easy to use, I would highly recommend it, bring it to work with you and use it a few times a day, I used it for about a week back in June and a pain I had in my wrist for 2 years went.’
‘The RSI killer, Purchased the Powerball to help me with my RSI – which it is doing no end! Recommended to me by a physio no less’
TENDINITIS IN THE HAND PREVENTING YOUR WORK? PROBLEM SOLVED.
I’m 49 years old and work in a dialysis clinic where I must make a lot of accurate wrist movements from left to right and right to left many times daily. 7 years ago, I developed severe tendinitis and a cyst in my right hand.
I had surgery to remove the cyst but couldn’t cure the tendinitis. I went to a lot of doctors for rehabilitation but none of them could help me to get back to work. Then my son told me about Powerball® and I couldn’t let go of this little ball. It took me just 4 weeks of using Powerball® to get better and return to work. I’ve been using Powerball® from that day and haven’t had tendinitis again. Thanks for giving me my wrist back.

DE QUERVAINS TENOSYNIVITIS CAUSING WEAKNESS & PAIN FOR YOUR DRUMMING? PROBLEM SOLVED.
I’m a drummer who was suffering with De Quervains Tenosynivitis. Since I started using Powerball®, I have found that my symptoms have dramatically improved. Not only has it been a huge help to me when playing the drums, but in every day situations at work, I notice a huge difference in the way my wrists feel.
While drumming before I started using Powerball® my wrists would feel tired and give me a numb/pins & needles sensation from my wrist to the end of my thumb, leading me to believe I might drop my drumsticks. Since I started warming up with Powerball® before I practice, however, all tiredness and tingling have disappeared. I’m so happy I purchased this product.

CARPAL TUNNEL FROM COMPUTER USE? PROBLEM SOLVED.
4 years ago, I started a desk job that involved typing and using a mouse all day. Within a few months, I had shooting wrist pain from RSI and knew I needed to do something to avoid long-term health issues.
After some intense Internet searching, it seemed I could hold off a doctor’s visit and more expensive treatment by improving my wrist strength so I bought Powerball® and started using it during free moments at work. I found that when I start to feel a little tension in my wrists, a few minutes with Powerball® at low speed relieved discomfort immediately. 4 years on and no complications from repetitive stress or Carpal Tunnel Syndrome – I owe the fact that I’m not wearing a brace to Powerball®.
